The Susan Balderson Agency is seeking a motivated, coachable, and team-oriented professional to join our growing office. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Build relationships with prospective and current customers through phone calls, emails, and in-person interactions.
- Educate clients on insurance products and help them choose plans that align with their needs and budget.
- Provide exceptional service by responding to client questions, processing changes, and assisting with claims.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly activity goals with support from leadership and systems in place.
- Collaborate with other team members and leadership to support agency growth strategies.
- Maintain accurate records and follow up on leads using our customer relationship management tools.
- Participate in regular training and development opportunities to expand your knowledge and skills.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to be coached.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong time management and organizational abilities.
- Sales, customer service, or insurance experience is a plus but not required.
- Must be able to obtain a Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health insurance license (assistance provided).
- Proactive in problem-solving.
